Heading to Torrey, Utah from Las Vegas

Today we headed to the National Parks at Utah, finally after about 10 days of hard work and flying, I will be having a break. My philosophy is always "PLAY HARD & WORK HARD". One could proceed further with a relaxing mind & body, new ideas always sprung out during my vacations, it is unbelievable isn't it? But... thats me! :)

On our way we stopped at Cracker Barrel for lunch. I like the interior of the restaurant, makes me feel like being at home. The food was ok, not fantastic. :)

The Scenery on the way was superb, icy road at some point which was quite difficult to drive. Every turn we took give us a different scenery. Just one word can be said, "Wow".

The weather was really cold, the temperature dropped to 20F (-6C) on our way to Torrey, the small town that we were planning to spend our night, close to Capitol Reef National park. Luckily, the road was clear, except for some areas where the road was covered with ice, but now much. When we arrived at Torrey, it was near to 8pm, as we got to adjust our time 1h forward - the Mountain Time. We stayed at Sandstone Inn & Restaurant.

The gal at the reception had to called the pizza place 2 mins drive from the hotel to stayed open for us to grab some pizza, there was nothing open if that shop close. We were glad that we bought the Pizza there, it was so delicious, you could just taste the different of it was from a mass production haha... We had milkshake as well, I ordered grasshopper - mixture of Oriel cookies ice-cream and mint ice-cream, was so thick and good, It was just like ice-cream rather than milkshake as we could not even drink it from the straw. But yummy, had a nice dinner.

We had an early rest tonight, so that we could wake up earlier the next day to visit the Park
